Brain Body Being At-a-Glance
A loving and scientific approach to healing your body and transforming your life.
In year one, we focus on the process of transformation, from the sub-cellular all the way to the quantum, the metaphysical, the cosmological.
You will dive deeply into your own physiology, learning the function and operation of your psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinological system, as well as the electromagnetic influence of your mind. You will explore human systems, paradigmatic thought, alongside the practices and pathways of perception offered by the field of somatics.
Together you will learn about the human experience from the inside-out, understanding the theory of quantum creation in a way that supports your own life transformation, alongside that of your clients.
In your cohort, you will find support and invitations to mastery of facilitation and shifting your somatic shape in accordance with your core alignment and deepest desires for yourself and the world.
Throughout the year, we will traverse science, philosophy and spirituality to answer the big question of: How do we actually embody our values, practicing daily what we truly long for our lives?

Course Structure
We meet weekly via zoom for twelve months.
We alternate between 3-hour lectures and 1.5 hour integration + practice calls.
Our call schedule is designed to ensure the most accessibility for multiple time zones and to account for other life commitments.
Calls occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You can view the full call schedule HERE.
*Please note all call times will be listed in mountain time zone.
+ In each call we will dive deeply into masterful somatic and spiritual teachings, as well as the pragmatic and important ways to bring these teachings into your life and the world. You will each have an opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and have practical experiences to feel into the revolutionary work we are exploring together.
+ There are course assignments after every call, readings to complete and a commitment to journalling or reflecting each day.
+ You are required to do a minimum of one Somatic Experiencing session over the course of the first year. If you have already done an SE session, you will have already logged this requirement.
+ You will be expected to complete a 4-8 week practicum.
+ We are blessed with masterful guest facilitators each sharing their own wisdom in the way of trauma-informed care, cultural appropriation and authenticity, relational wellbeing, and the ethics of professional practice.
